buy more than one ticket or buy a table / sponsorship online, you will need to submit
your guest’s first and last names.

parties except to the extent necessary to complete that purchase.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are

Refund Policy
Due to hotel final head counts being due 72 hours prior to any scheduled event, all refunds prior to that 72 business hour requirement are 100% refundable to you. Refunds requested after the 72 business hour requirement is non-refundable.
To request a refund, please send an email to . and be sure to include your first and last name, event name that you are scheduled to attend, the event date, the state of the event along with a contact phone number of where you can be reached. An Online Event Solutions representative will be in contact with you to process your refund.
